Transferring video files to iCloud
Currently, I am unable to transfer video files via drag and drop from Dropbox on a Windows 10 PC to iCloud. It gives me an error saying the file must be smaller than 100 MB and that it must be in jpeg format. (I am able to transfer a photo this way, however.) I know I was able to download videos in the past as I've got several of them on iCloud now. Any idea why it wouldn't work now?

Hi eagle123, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you're receiving this error message from the iCloud service, then it could be a restriction from iCloud itself, and not Dropbox.
Could you attach a screenshot showing this error? Thanks!
