Trying to login gives me an error that my email address is invalid?
Hi, I have tried to login on another device but it just says invalid email address, why would that be?

Hey there bigt54uk,
As a first step, could you please clarify if you're trying to sign in through the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?
Could you also ensure that you're trying to sign in using the relevant credentials of your account? You can check which email address you've connected your account to from:
- Website - your General tab in your Settings.
- Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab.
- Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).

Hey Datsaxyboi, sorry to hear that you're also having trouble with this.
Have you checked by any chance if you're trying to log in with the same credentials as the website and any other connected device?
As mentioned previously, you can check which email address is associated with your account on the website from the General tab.

I am currently having issues logging into my account on Mobile device, despite using the same Gmail as my Desktop and Phone, i keep getting a "Please enter a Vaild email" Message
Update: Please Disregard this, I've found out what was causing the issue, It seems my phone had issues detecting an update for the mobile App.
