Can you walk us through the exact steps you would take? Please provide screenshots, if possible.

Thank you for the response.
With VLC on my iPhone I bring up the app and go to the Network icon on the VLC app on iPhone. I then click on the Cloud Services and it shows available services which Dropbox is the one I select. Since I'm logged in it brings me to the folder where I have my Music. These files are in my Dropbox folder in File Explorer on my PC. Whatever I place in this folder shows up on the VCL/Dropbox screen.
In the file listing the files appear and to the right of each file in a down arrow to either Download or Cancel. When I select the download nothing happens after clicking on the Download icon.
In the past I have followed this procedure and the files downloaded without any issues. I still have over 20GB of storage in the iPhone. iOS is 18.3.1
