Unresponsive download button in Safari
I cannot download files in the Dropbox web version using the Safari browser. The download button etc. appears but when I click on it, the download process does not start.

Yes, I tried it now but it still doesn't work.

As a last step, have you tried restoring Safari to its factory settings? Connecting to it through a different network might also work.
If this doesn't work, let me know and I'll open up a ticket on my end for you. Thanks

Hi Megan, I noticed that when I select a folder it starts downloading as a .zip file, but when I select just one file (.psd, .pdf etc.) it doesn't start downloading.
