Video upload quality is bad

Every time I upload a video from my iphone to Dropbox the quality is awful. Although the videos look perfect on my iphone12, once uploaded to my Dropbox, the image is glitchy. The file is glitchy on ...

I’m having the exact same problem! Every video I upload to Dropbox from my iPhone looks horrible! I have an iPhone 14 Pro so the quality of the video is great on my phone and on my computer. It looks terrible once transferred to Dropbox. Cleared my Cache and that doesn’t help at all. Quality of video file in Dropbox is STILL awful! Need help immediately.

    Hey Renb - sorry to hear about this.

     

    Can you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?

     

    Also, what is the file extension and size of the video files showing this behavior?

     

    While we're at it, do they preview normally on our website?
