3 days agoHi there, jdsone sorry to hear about your missing files.
Is it possible that you started a new account, instead of signing into your old one?
If you've made sure that you're looking at the correct Dropbox account, could you have a look at your events page and let us know if you can find any signs of them?
This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged, that's why I'm asking. Have you checked your deleted files page too?
Lastly, it's also worth checking our Community Manager's relevant info here.

Hi. Thanks for your response. It is my only account and it is TOTALLY empty with no place that even says deleted files or events page it looks like a brand new downloaded empty place that is asking if I want to upgrade or stay with my basic plan but says ithas absolutely 0 bytes.
