All of my files no longer available
I have several folders in my account with many files that I uploaded to save. Today I wanted to retrieve a few of the files but found out that the folder is completely empty. I never deleted any sing...

Hi ercortes, if the files aren't visible in the events page, then there's a few possibilities as to why this might be the case:
- The files are on another Dropbox account
- They were on a shared folder you don't have access to any more
- The files were deleted outside of the 30 day period
- The files were permanently deleted
Are you certain the files aren't on another account, or in a shared folder you no longer have access to?
