Can I use an automation for daily file renaming?

I have daily files shared with me and i'd like to automate the following process if possible.... Copy files from the shared folder to a private folder Rename files (example below) xxx.mp3 ---->...

the only difference is the file name has to have space dash space ( - ) for my system to use the file, I change it manually at present

and it would help if it copied the file from the shared folder to a different folder, then processed the file name change

the files will remain the same names daily, yes .mp3

Does the file have to be copied, or can it be physically moved to a different folder from the shared folder?

Currently, the automation feature only moves files, and doesn't copy them.
