Cannot select multiple files on the website while using keyboard shortcuts.
When I'm logged into my own Dropbox account through the website, I am not able to select multiple photos while holding in shift. I am very familiar with the shortcut keys and use them all the time....
I just recently cleared the cache on both browsers. Incognito mode doesn’t appear to be working either.

I'm asking for that, because I'd like to identify if this is device-specific or if it might be a network issue too.
If you don't have one, don't worry I can send you an email in order for us to have a closer look there.
We have tried on other devices and the issue does not happen there. It is specific to one device and we can't figure out why since we have tried multiple browsers. Thank you for your help.
