Can't copy a Dropbox folder to an external drive when using Mac OS

When I try to copy a Dropbox FOLDER to a SanDisk 1TB external drive, I get the message, "The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 0)." However, I have no prob...

Is the folder marked as Available offline, along with all of the files within it?
