Can't delete the first pdf file in my account

just installed drop box.  for some unknown reason it included a pdf file that is on my computer.  but I do not want it.  Tried all the obvious things, but I can't get rid of it.

Nothing can't even find a delete.  it appears that somehow when I install dropbox this showed up right away.
