Can't find the ellipsis icon in order to move, copy, or delete files
Every time I get instructions for moving folders or copying folders or deleting folders - I'm told to "hover and click on the ellipse". I am using DB on a Mac - THERE IS NO ELLIPSE!
HELP!

Yes, I tried chrome and safari and they look identical without the ellipses. See attached screenshot. Also attaching a screenshot of the new "large grid," which makes the photos so small I can't review them unless selecting them individually. Is there a setting to make it truly a large grid so I can scan them quickly in the grid?

3 years agoHi Anne W.3, you're trying to view the ellipsis on the navigation menu on the left, and not on the main body of the website to the right.
Are you able to see that larger part of the site? Hovering over files and folders there will let you see the ellipsis.

Jay,
Your response should be more detailed for users. Ellipsis is over to the far screen right shown as ... next to copy and share link buttons.
