Change owner of folder without the owner being available

8 years agoYou should be able to do this brentonlang - since you're the admin of the account as you said, you can always use the "sign-in as user" feature to log into this person's account (find the folder in question) and transfer the ownership of the folder to whom you wish.

As an admin I need to change the ownership of the folder from someone who’s account is showing as Deleted in my admin console and also that folder is not shared with me. It’s a request from one of the user in the organisation. What are my options with this?
