Convert video from mov to mp4
Hi there I am putting together a series of short videos from my partner’s friends to make one long birthday message video for Covid times. Some people have sent videos in different formats and I think I need to convert them all to MP4. Does anyone know how to do this? The dropbox help area said to click on the three dots and then “save as”, then save in MP4 format. but “save as” it’s not appearing as an option for me. Thanks in advance for any help. Jessie

Are you trying to convert these video files through our website?
If so, and you're not seeing the 'save as' option, can you use a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window instead?
Let me know how it goes. I am having this same problem. I tried using incognito window but still no option for "save as" is available when hovering .MOV video and then choosing the ellipsis. Help?
