Are you trying to convert these video files through our website?

If so, and you're not seeing the 'save as' option, can you use a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window instead?

    I am having this same problem.  I tried using incognito window but still no option for "save as" is available when hovering .MOV video and then choosing the ellipsis.  Help?
