Deleted file folders recovered but empty

Help!  I deleted some folders and successfully recovered the folders from the deleted files section BUT the folders are empty.  Even folders inside of the folders appear but they are also empty.  how can I recover the files that were inside the folders and not just the folders?  Thank you.

Events shows the deletion on the day I deleted the folders.  It looks like the files are in there but not the folders.  I will try and restore from the events folder.  Thank you Mark.
