Deleting a Signature Request
How do I delete a signature request that is still pending and no has signed the document?
I already deleted the uploaded document but it still shows the signature requests as pending.
The ellipsis does not give the choice of Cancel request under the Signature.

Ok - I see what's happening. We can't go to our regular Dropbox account, to Signatures, and really manage any of the documents. When you asked the original poster if they were in Dropbox Sign, I thought I was. I didn't realize I have to log into app.hellosign.com specifically to be able to cancel/fully manage any signature documents. I have now been able to cancel the document.
Suggestion for Dropbox: I wish this easier with one portal for signature docs because when I'm in my Dropbox account, and I go to Signatures, I assume I'm accessing the signature documents in full. Or have the Signatures link in the Dropbox account redirect to app.hellosign.com until these two solutions are fully integrated.
