Dropbox immediately deleting files after they're uploaded
When I upload any file, dropbox is immediately sending the file to trash. I cannot find anywhere in settings that is a reason for this. Any idea?
Please disregard. The client has figured it out as user error 🙂 Thank you for your help

Uploading via the website. I have attached the message received when uploading. Everything on events page looks fine to me. But then when go into deleted folders find the file just uploaded.

Hey katebauer, thanks for joining our Community!
That's really strange, indeed, but let's see what we can find.
How are you uploading the files to Dropbox?
And what do you see about this in your events page?
Keep me posted.
