Dropbox is freezing and one photo flashing

I created a folder with several photos. One is flashing. I cant delete it. Anything I now do results in a message system unresponsive- wait or reload. Waiting doesnt resolve it. I cant delete the fla...

Do you notice this behavior only when trying to delete that particular folder or photo? 

Is this a shared folder, or one that you own? If you have any screenshots of this flashing, please feel free to attach them here.
