File Restore
Hello, i have account [removed]. Someaone has deleted all files from folder [removed].
Can You help to restore?

If the files were deleted within your recovery period (either 30 or 180 days, depending on your account) and they weren't permanently deleted, you should be able to recover them from your Deleted Files.

No. Upgrading now will not help, and there's no way to pay to have Dropbox recover files. Unfortunately, if you're unable to restore the files from Deleted Files or your Events page, then the files no longer exists on Dropbox's servers and are unrecoverable.
