What does your Events page show?

It shows files being deleted by an old user who no longer participates in this group. I called her and she says she hasn't done anything in my Dropbox group for over a year. I believe her.

Dropbox.com/events shows files being continuously deleted. I have unlinked every computer but the deletions continue. Is there a way to stop all activity on my Dropbox account?

No, there's no such function. Recover one of the deleted files and then look at its version history. It will show where the deletion occurred.

It shows that the deletion happened 3 minutes before I recovered it by a user who hasn't touched this Dropbox account in over a year.

Also ... all devices have been unlinked from my Dropbox account.

The Events log is always accurate. Maybe they havent done it but a device they were logged in to at one point did - somebody now using a device they didnt realise was still logged on for example. If it says Person A did it then a device or machine they logged in did that.
In terms of logging you out have you done https://help.dropbox.com/security/security-checkup to check for hacking etc.?

I went through the security checkup but see no mention of hacking in there.
I would like to buy Premium Support to get some help before Monday but do not see that option in Add-Ons. Can you point me to where I can buy that ? Thank you.

Hey kwelsh, sorry to hear about all that!
I wanted to check in with you and see how the situation is going and if it has improved at all.
Did you manage to restore your deleted content, by any chance?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hello Megan,
Thank you for responding. We were able to block the offending user account on Friday night. The deletions continued until 3:30 the next morning (I think the deletions had all be requested before we were able to block). Monday morning Tech Support helped me Rewind the files back to before the deletions started. The spot checks I have done of the thousands of deletions look good so far, so I think we're good. I am a little curious as to how all the files were deleted but not the folders, so we ended up with many many empty folders before the Rewind.
Thanks again for responding,
Kevin
