Getting an error that a file is not supported?
I have just edited a document that now won't open! I'm receiving a message saying 'this file is not supported. But it was a minute ago and all my other files open just fine Please help!!!
- 9 years agoDoes the file still have the extension on the file name?
E.g. 'My book' wont open in anything, but, 'My Book.docx' will open in Word.

Then you need to add the extension back via a rename and all should work :)- Kfegan25829 years agoNew member | Level 2
K. Not exactly sure what to do. How should I rename it?
