How can I recover my files after cancelling my plan

2 Months ago I cancelled my Dropbox Plus account and migrated to another cloud service.

I realized now that many of my files are gone and I don't know how to recover them. There are no files in my deleted files section.

I see on the events page all the files that are deleted, but how can I recover those? Can I do it on this page somehow?

If I get Dropbox Plus again, will they show up again in the deleted files page so I can recover them?

Please help me to recover my files that have been lost during migration, there are so many important files that I need.

Hi thaido, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

If the deleted files page isn't showing anything there, then it means that it isn't possible to recover any files, as it's outside the recovery period of 30 days. Dropbox Plus also has the 30 days recovery period.

Upgrading to a Dropbox Professional plan wouldn't be retroactive, so it wouldn't be possible to recover those files, even from our end.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
