How do I duplicate the folders?
I am an accountant and have folders set up that I would like to duplicate for each month. For example, Bank Statements - folder says January with a folder under January that says Bank Statement and a folder that says Bank Reconciliations. How do I duplicate the January folder and the contents in January to establish February - December?

Just to clarify: do you wish to copy the structure of the folder, in order to match the rest of the months, or the actual contents?
You can duplicate/copy content following the steps shown here. I also think that our Help Center article about multi-organizing your content will be helpful, so feel free to have a look there too.
