If you haven't logged into the account for over 12 months, then it sounds like the account was deactivated due to inactivity.
Due to this, it wouldn't be possible the account, or the files within. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

Could you clarify if you meant that you haven't logged into Dropbox for a while, as in over a year ago?
Do you see any events or deleted files showing any missing files?
This will help me to assist further!
- jcmort2 years agoNew member | Level 2Hi Jay, thanks for your reply. I have a Dropbox account with some content in it and now I need to recover it. I haven't logged in for several years. 2 days ago, I tried to log in and it asked me to change my password, but when I tried to change the password, it gave me an error. So, I asked for a verification link, which Dropbox said it sent me, but I don't get the email, I don't have it in my inbox or in spam.
