I can't recover my Dropbox account or my files

If you haven't logged into the account for over 12 months, then it sounds like the account was deactivated due to inactivity.
Due to this, it wouldn't be possible the account, or the files within. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.

Hi Jay, thanks for your reply. I have a Dropbox account with some content in it and now I need to recover it. I haven't logged in for several years. 2 days ago, I tried to log in and it asked me to change my password, but when I tried to change the password, it gave me an error. So, I asked for a verification link, which Dropbox said it sent me, but I don't get the email, I don't have it in my inbox or in spam.
