I can't rename a folder by clicking the pencil icon on the Dropbox website.
When I go to rename a folder by clicking the new pencil icon, the folder name is fully selected but I cannot unselect it.
For example: I want to change the name of a folder. I click the pencil icon...

Just to clarify for any other members of the community reading, once you click the pencil icon beside folder names:
- The highlighted text does not respond to a mouse click.
- Typing a new name will overwrite the entire name.
- You can select exactly where you want to edit the original name using the left and right arrow keys.

It happens to me in incognito but not when I select Rename from the menu.

Thanks for confirming this for me TERRACE_87 - much appreciated.
I just gave it a go and it won't let me click in the name to rename the folders when I click on the pencil icon, but it works normally via the rename option from the ellipsis button.
I'll run this by the team and let you know more as soon as I have an update on this - thanks for flagging it with us.
In the meantime, instead of clicking in the folder's name after clicking the pencil icon, you can start typing directly.
