I am embarrassed to admit i dont know how to check the syncing status of the app most icons have a cloud symbol next to them and i can't access the files online or on the app

3 years agoHi CPRIV, if the icons are showing a grey X, then this is a conflict between Dropbox and Windows using similar icons. Do you currently have OneDrive running on your machine?
Are you able to temporarily quit OneDrive to see the sync status of the Dropbox files in Explorer?
