I logged back into Dropbox, but I can't find any of my files.

Season's greetings everyone. I'm back at work. My account is blank! No folders, no files, nothing. I didn't change anything, no changes made since I last worked on documents in December 2025. Please help! Accessed via Edge. The same thing happened over a year ago.

    Hi SublimeSatori! Thanks for your post. 

    Is it possible you’ve signed in to a different Dropbox account that has no files saved in it? 

    Besides the email address that you see here, do you have any other email addresses that could be linked to the correct Dropbox account? 

    If yes, you can sign out of this one and log back in with the correct credentials.

    Thank you for your prompt reply. Apologies that I did not revert sooner, we had no electricity for 5 days! Today, we are without water! Anyway, that's living in Africa for you ...

    I didn't change anything, only didn't use my computer during the vacation period. I'm not sure what other email address to use or change to as I do have many email addresses for different uses. Sublime Satori is the only one that I use for Dropbox.

    I will try logout and login in again, and hopefully can get back to you on this page.

    I'll be waiting to hear about your results. 

    One more thing that I wanted to ask is how did you upload these files initially? Did you use our desktop app, website or mobile app? 

    Also what do you see in terms of the account's activity when visiting your events page? If you could send a screenshot, that'd be amazing, thanks!
