I renamed a folder of Paper docs and it got deleted after that. Why did this happen?

I found my folder under the "Deleted Files" section in the Dropbox web UI and restored it. The question is why it got deleted, and if it will happen again...

    Hi jaymann! Glad you were able to find your Paper docs and restore them.

    Did you also have a look at your Events page here? You may be able to find more details on why this folder got deleted this way.
