I renamed a folder of Paper docs and it got deleted after that. Why did this happen?

Hi Nancy

You can see below, 7 hours ago was adding files I was scanning with my mobile. I did that for a while. I wasn't using my laptop until later. And more importantly, I didn't delete any folder or file at all as I was only using the 'Add to Dropbox' feature from my Android mobile.
