I've accidentally removed my personal folder from the team and I can't find it anywhere.
Hello, unfortunately as an admin I have removed access to my *personal* folder in Dropbox. What can I do? The folder can no longer be found. I accidentally pressed the Remove ALL button. Now all my personal data is gone

So the support is unfortunately just a stupid AI... which I find very sad. After 2 days of writing, I only get meaningless answers. How can you add a function where you can remove access as an admin yourself? The folder must still be there. It's just no longer visible.

Hey Frankrichter1982 thanks for sharing your ticket number with us!
I was able to locate the second one, and it looks like our agent replied back to you. Did you have the chance to see her response?

Here's the result. It's sad that the support team is probably just a dumb AI robot. After several days of writing, support told me I couldn't save the folder. I then contacted my IT service, which was able to resolve the issue in five minutes. Fortunately, there's a feature in Dropbox that lets you restore a backup based on the exact day and time. Thanks.
