What do you mean with “when they appear back online”?

Sorry I thought you said you'd rolled it back.

 

Have you restored the files? Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/rewind to try that OR you may need to rejoin the share / be invited back in

    Mark,

    As you can see in my initial post, there is no way to recover/rewind the folder. Dropbox can’t find any history of the folder.
    It’s simply vanished and unshared for all members.

    If this mass deletion was cause by one of our removable drives, why in the hell can’t I restore the files in the web UI? As a business member paying this much for safe file keeping I would assume these files are backed up online!

    Regardless of this being solved, I am definitely switching FS provider because this is laughable.

      Shared folders need you to rejoin. You've never been able to do it via the Events list

        Mark I’m afraid the deleted folder isn’t in there for me to join. I’m at the mercy of Dropbox support at this point. Who only work weekdays apparently
