Missing files I uploaded 2 years ago

dear i uploaded important pictures and videos around 2 years ago,,,and coudln't finde it now in dropbox????!!!!

Are there any files in your account? What does the Events page show? Are you sure you're signing in to the correct account?

Also, when was the last time you signed in to your account? If it's been more than a year then the files may have been deleted due to inactivity. If an account remains idle for more than a year, the files within are subject to deletion.
