3 years agoHi Ardy903, let's jump right into this!
First things first: can you clarify if you're checking online on the web, or locally in your Dropbox folder for the missing files?
When was the last time you saw the files online? Have you checked your deleted files page, along with your events page?
As for the screenshot, you should be able to see a little camera-like icon when trying to respond back to us. That'll allow you to attach your image here.
Keep me posted!
- Ardy9033 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hi Megan. I was under the impression that the folder, and all of my dropbox WAS on the internet- but I don’t know how to tell otherwise. There’s nothing in the deleted section, and I see no such thing as an events page. I can only guess this has to do with my computer change. My Windows tablet went keput over a week ago, and even though I had the data transferred from it’s hard drive to this new mac book pro, none of my reaper files or virtual instruments are accessible.
