Missing folders and Paper docs after migration
For many years I have used Dropbox paper.
Made hundreds of folders and papers.
Now I have only 10 or so in my migrated section.
First of all I had no idea something was about to happen.
Maybe I missed mails?
I have used paper recently without an issue or a notice that I should do something really quick!
Now I have no Idea where to find my files.
I have a folder 'Gemigreerde paper documenten' (Dutch) and there is not even 1% of my files.
We are working in a team and maybe a college did the migration and I can't see them now?
I find this update very disturbing!
So dropbox, how can I get them back?
Where are they?
Thanks!

Hi laundryagent, are you able to see the location of the Paper docs on the events page?

Agree, very disturbing, this is terrible customer service, and I have yet to find a solution on how to convert/migrate/restore my thousands of paper documents back to the current paper interface. Why would you do this without providing advance notice and instructions on how to deal with it. As a 15 year paid client i expect much better than this.
