Modifications on file from Dropbox account A don't show up on Dropbox account B
If I open a file of the same account of dropbox with the USER 1 (Destock), and I modified the file, and then, I close the file. Now, I open the same file, with the USER 2, (online) I see that the modifications made by USER 1 are not made in the file !!!
Can anybody help me?

In addition to Dell's questions, is this a single Dropbox account that two people are sharing (which would be against the terms of use), or does each person have their own account and you're sharing a folder between the two accounts?

In this scenario, what method is user 1 using to access Dropbox, and have you confirmed that things are syncing correctly?
Also, what method is user 2 using to access Dropbox, and have you checked their syncing status as well?
