Most of my files are missing from Dropbox. I can only see the more recent ones.
Recently I was looking for a file and discovered all my files have disappeared except a few created very recently. What can I do to find them and restore to my account. Thanks

To have a clear image of what may be happening, can you please check your old iPad and let me know if you can see all of your missing files in your Dropbox mobile app there? We’ll look into this further after that.
As for your previous posts on the forum, you can try clicking on the three dots next to the post you wish to delete. Are you able to remove the ones you want that way?

Was never assigned ticket number just told to go directly to community. I have a related problem. Somehow it’s also using another email i have. But i havent used the second email in over a year. I never used the second one ending in tds.com but noticed it use somewhere
