My account was deleted, even though it hasn't been inactive for more than a year.

My account was deleted due to the inactivity of my account [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines] but the last time i was log in was on May 19, 2023, at 3:51 pm (IST). Now I am trying to log in with my email id it shows create an account and I am created with the same email. but my files are lost. Please let me how to restore it. I have also shared a Screenshot of the last login email.

    Dear Mark,

What will be next? I am sure that I logged in before 1 year.

If an account has been deleted for inactivity it hasnt been accessed in a year - or accessed after Dropbox sent the multiple emails (over 3 months) saying it would be deleted.

In that case the data isnt recoverable.

If you log in again using the same details and the account is empty the data is lost.
