My colleague and I can no longer see our shared files. Can we recover them?
Hello,
I had a which was shared and all of sudden me and my collegue cannot see it and no files are to be seen and its not even in the deleted folder.
please assist i need it to be recovered...

If the folder was to be permanently deleted on the 06/13, I’m afraid there’s not much that can be done after this point.
However, in case you have a device that hasn’t synced to Dropbox, it may be possible to recover it this way. Otherwise, you can also get in touch with a member of the Dropbox team that owned the folder, in case they have a copy of it.

I was able to access the folder till 16th June 2025. Unfortunately this email was in spam and I was on leave and have limited access to my emails. Please can you check for some solution as this folder is really important for my job. Loosing it can cost a lot to me.

I suggest going through any old emails that you have received, in order to see if you can locate the shared folder invitation that way.
Alternatively, if you recall any of the members of this shared folder, you might want to reach out to them.
