My data got deleted and I would like to retrieve it if possible

I received an email from dropbox saying that they will be deleting all my files on the account if i do not respond ina certain time frame. As I have missed this time frame, I would like to know if I could still retrieve the data. I have access to my account and I already searched for deleted files and did not locate the data. Can you please help if possible?

    Thanks for the info, have you replied to the support ticket in order for the agent to assist further?

    Yes I did. They responded with an automatic email response with a new ticket number, please find here: #24455333. What to do now please?
