My files are missing after logging into an account from over a year ago
I have had Dropbox for years, but I haven't used it in a year or so. Today I went into the app and discovered to my dismay that all my files are gone and I can't recover them.

Hi yitshak, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If it has been over 12 months since you last logged in, then it's likely that your account was deactivated due to inactivity.
This means that it wouldn't be possible to recover your account or the files within, unfortunately.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
