Cannot Log Into Buisness Account
I've had a business account and have been actively using it for several years as backup and storage, linked to the Dropbox apps on my phone, iPad, and laptop. However, now that I'd like to use it to for a team project, I'm running into an issue. When I attempt to log in and change permissions a basic account is still attached to the same e-mail address as my business account because it defaults to the basic account when I try to log in. The two accounts have completely different folders, contents, and storage capacities as I've never used the basic account. How do I remove the basic account and log into my business account so that I can manage it?
I made this account years ago. After opening another browser as suggested I discovered that the business account is Hotmail, while the other is Gmail. That was the problem. Thanks for the reply and helping me get this sorted.

Hey Tony237, thanks for reaching out to our Community.
If you have your Dropbox Business account linked to your Basic one, you can follow the steps here, to unlink them.
If however, they are not linked, try accessing your Business account from a different browser or a private browsing window.
Let me know if you have any questions.
