Were the files deleted over a year ago, or you're not sure exactly when this happened?
Could you check your events page or deleted files page to see if the files are visible and recoverable on your account.
This will help me to assist further!

Hey Misaojou, sorry to hear about this.
I'm afraid, if the files were deleted a year ago, there's really nothing we can do.
Are you sure they got deleted? Have you searched for them in your account?
Or maybe they're in another account that you forgot you had?
- Misaojou3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes, they were files shared to me and deleted around December of 2022. I didn’t have enough space on my phone to download the video at the time and the owner of the video and pictures had already deleted them. I was hoping maybe Dropbox had a back up if I just sent them to link 😞
