My latest version of file is lost
Hi,
A file that worked on over the last few days reverted back to a week-old version. Is there a way to get it back? I can't find it on version history. Any help is greatly appreciated.

3 years agoHi kiranbatta, were you editing the file on the Dropbox site, mobile app, or on your computer?
Was the Dropbox desktop application running and syncing at the time? Are you certain the file was in the Dropbox folder?

The file is definitely on DropBox folder. I am not sure if the DropBox application was syncing or not but I didn't have any issues with the internet.

Hey kiranbatta, is it possible that the file is accidentally saved under a different name?
Also, what type of file are we talking about?
If you access your events page here, do you see any additions on said file while you were working on it?

If you access your events page here, do you see any additions on said file while you were working on it? No, it doesn't say I have worked on it on 12/06 when in fact I spent a lot of time working.
It's a Microsoft Word file and I wasn't editing it online.
