3 years agoHey Gareth R.1, jumping in here as well.
Are you seeing this behavior only with the camera uploads folder?
How about with other folders in your account?

Hi Hannah
I tried it on one other folder and it was successful using date uploaded, but all the files were the same month uploaded. It failed when trying date created. I am always using date uploaded as the method when attempting to organize the Camera Uploads folder.
Thanks

Hey Gareth R.1, I hope it’s OK if I jump in, too.
The folder that you mention you tested this with, does it contain a large amount of files as well (about 20k), or a small number instead?
I’m wondering if the issue could be that your “Camera Uploads” folder contains a lot of files and the browser times out before the process is complete.

No the one I tested it with had just a few hundred. Is there a limit ?
As far as timing out, I see the message “creating folders “ and then “moving files” before it fails…. But there are no changes, no folders were created, no files were moved. So it does not appear that it was partly completed and then stopped part way through.
