Photos lost due to late upgrade
My late husband used to administrate our dropbox with all our family photos for our kids etc. After his passing I did not receive the notifications about the account running out of space.
I have since been able to log back in, upgrade the account but most of the photos are still missing and they are nit in the deleted folder.
Can someone please help me rewind the account so that I can get access to those photos again. They include the birth of my children etc.

Hi Lochner - sorry for your loss.
If the account is out of storage it won't be possible for new files to be uploaded, but the files that are already stored on the account shouldn't be affected at all.
That said, can you have a look at your events page? Do you see any sign of your missing files there?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

Hi @walter.
Thanks for getting back to me. I worked through the event log and the last activities do not make sense. Annelize would have deleted any photos. Anyway to reinstate those deleted files and
- I see access 'you' removed access to shared folders, which also would not make sense for her to do.
What do you suggest?

Sorry to jump in here, Lochner.
The "you removed your access" event might also mean that the person who originally created and shared the folders with you, might have removed you from them; could that be a possibility?
