Powerpoint file not opening online

I'm trying to edit a presentation a colleague shared with me but can't get it to open with Poweerpoint for the web tool. I see the file icon in my folder. It opens in the browser when I click on it. ...

Rebooting and restarting Firefox didn't help. I'm reluctant to clear the cache since private browsing didn't work. But it does seem to open in Internet Explorer. Using Firefox on a different computer (Windows 10) also seems to work. Thanks.

So there's an issue with Firefox on that specific machine of yours DG5243; have you made sure it's updated to the latest stable version? 

 

Maybe that will do the trick!
