Hey clairewright78 - sorry to hear about this.

 

Have you tried getting in contact with our support team directly through since they'd be better equipped to look into this for you with account specific information?

 

If you did and have a ticket ID, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up in our system.

 

Otherwise, let us know and we'll reach out via email from our end to have a further look internally.

    Hi, Walter. I have the same problem as clairewright78 but I was not able to retrieve a ticket ID. Is there a possibility to recover the removed files after the locked state due date? I had important files from 2010 and it would be fatal for me to just lose them as is
