Recovering Dropbox files from a previous email that I have no access to.
How do I access files from my dropbox that was under my previous email that I no longer have access to?

2 years agoHi sangaines, let's jump right into this!
Do you remember the credentials (email & password) used for the Dropbox account?
If so, have you tried gaining access to it? You should be able to access it, even if the email is no longer valid.
Provided that it asks for the 6-digit-security-code (in that case you'd need access to the email address) or that you don't remember your password, let me know and I'll be happy to open a ticket on my end for you.
I'm suggesting the ticket route, since we might need some account-specific info, so it should be safer.
Let me know more!
